You organize the cruise. We handle everything else.
Activity directors, social chairs, chapter presidents and club officers are who make group trips happen. Cruise lines often give the organizer extra benefits as a group grows, sometimes including complimentary travel. We tell you exactly what your group qualifies for before anyone books.

Group cruising, explained plainly
How many cabins make a group cruise?
Most cruise lines treat 8 or more cabins (about 16 guests) as a group. Benefits and terms vary by line. Smaller groups are welcome; we'll tell you which benefits apply.
Does each traveler pay separately?
Yes, if you want. Each member books and pays through your group's trip page, or the organization can pay as one account. Many groups mix the two.
What if not enough members sign up?
Group holds come with a release date. Before that date you can usually return unsold cabins without penalty. We remind you well ahead of it.
Can we hold a meeting or private party on board?
Many ships have meeting rooms and lounges groups can reserve, from a welcome reception to a morning of CE sessions. We request space when cabins are held.
Can you plan for travelers who use a cane, walker or wheelchair?
Yes. We request accessible cabins early, since there are only a limited number on each ship, and choose ports and excursions that work for your group.
